From Personal Passion to Professional Purpose

My work centres on making nutrition easier to understand and apply. A useful plan should respect your food preferences, daily schedule, budget and personal goals, while recognising that everyone starts from a different place.

I completed my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Food & Nutrition during 2017โ€“2022 and am a gold medalist from RDVV University, Jabalpur. I also gained experience practising as a dietitian at CHRC, Indore. This academic foundation and practical experience inform my approach to meal planning and sustainable habits.

Through Mansi Diet Care, I offer online nutrition consultations for adults. The focus is on accessible, practical guidance using everyday foods. We do not currently operate an offline clinic.

Your consultation is a chance to discuss your goals, routine and relevant health information. Where a medical condition requires diagnosis, medication or specialist treatment, your doctor remains responsible for that care.

My Core Values

๐Ÿ”ฌ

Evidence-Based

Every recommendation I make is grounded in peer-reviewed science and clinical evidence โ€” not trends, fads, or influencer culture.

๐Ÿซ‚

Empathetic Care

I understand the emotional, cultural, and social dimensions of food in Indian life. My approach is always compassionate, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive.

๐ŸŒฑ

Sustainability First

Quick fixes are not my style. I create plans you can follow for life โ€” not just for a few weeks. Sustainable change beats temporary results every time.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ

Indian Food First

Our traditional Indian foods are nutritional goldmines. I celebrate and optimize them โ€” never replace them with expensive imported superfoods.

๐Ÿšซ

No Supplement Pushing

I never earn commissions from supplements. I recommend them only when blood reports confirm genuine deficiencies that food alone cannot address.

๐Ÿ“ฑ

Always Accessible

Your health questions don't wait for appointment days. I'm available on WhatsApp for quick questions, motivation, and ongoing support throughout your program.

Knowledge, compassion and a plan for your life.

01

An academic foundation

Mansi Soni completed her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Food & Nutrition during 2017โ€“2022 and is a gold medalist from RDVV University, Jabalpur. She also gained dietetic practice experience at CHRC, Indore. That foundation informs a thoughtful approach to nutrition support. A useful consultation translates knowledge into choices you can make in your own kitchen. It should leave you understanding the reason for your recommendations and the questions to raise when your needs change.

02

Your routine comes first

A chart is useful when it fits your workday, cooking arrangements, preferences and family meals. We explore the changes you hope to make and the moments when planning becomes difficult. A long commute or frequent travel should shape the plan rather than become a reason it fails. We build reliable meals and suitable alternatives for days that go differently.

03

A conversation without judgement

Food carries memories, comfort and culture. Repeated restrictive diets can leave people feeling confused or guilty. Your consultation is a place to discuss what has been difficult and what kind of support would help. Questions are welcome. Energy, sleep, digestive comfort and confidence can matter alongside measurements, and your priorities should be part of the conversation.

04

Care alongside your clinician

A plan for a diagnosed condition should consider relevant reports, medicines and your clinicianโ€™s advice. Nutrition supports appropriate medical care and does not replace it. Bring your latest information so changes can be discussed in context. A concern needing assessment beyond nutrition belongs with the appropriate health professional, rather than being explained away as a lack of discipline.

05

A plan that grows with you

As your schedule, appetite and health needs change, your plan may need to change too. Reviews explore what worked, what was inconvenient and what you want to focus on next. Keep useful habits and adjust difficult ones. The aim is to build skills you can use independently, without making ordinary food choices feel like a daily examination.

Your first consultation, thoughtfully prepared.

01

Bring your everyday story

Before we discuss changes, tell us what an ordinary day looks like: when you wake up, how meals are arranged, what you enjoy eating and which parts of your routine are difficult. A working parent, a student living away from home and someone recovering after delivery may need very different practical support. Your preferences, budget and cooking arrangements belong in the conversation from the beginning.

02

Keep useful information ready

If you have a diagnosed condition, bring recent relevant reports and a list of prescribed medicines and supplements. Share food allergies, previous dietary restrictions and important advice from your treating clinician. You do not need to arrange extra tests simply to complete a booking form. Mansi can explain what information is useful for your individual nutrition assessment and when medical review may be appropriate.

03

Choose priorities together

A meaningful goal can be better meal regularity, improved confidence with portions, practical diabetes meal planning or a calmer approach to food. Discuss your priorities without feeling that a particular weight or appearance is expected of you. Agree on a manageable starting point and the signs of progress that matter in your circumstances. Your consultation should help you understand why a change has been suggested.

04

Leave with a practical next step

Useful guidance explains meal choices, timing, alternatives and how to manage a day that does not go to plan. Ask about substitutions for family meals, travel and eating outside. Your recommendations should be discussed in the context of your health and preferences. Detailed personalised plans follow an individual assessment; a short enquiry is an opportunity to understand the care available and arrange the right next step.

05

Continue the conversation

Your private care account brings new consultation requests, messages and plans shared by Dt. Mansi Soni into one place. Use it to ask practical questions and keep track of updates during working hours. Reviews can discuss changes in appetite, routine, symptoms and the convenience of the plan. Nutrition support works alongside appropriate medical care, and urgent health concerns should be directed to a suitable local healthcare service.
